The magic is believing in yourself, if you can do that you can make anything happen.

I know thats a hard thing to understand when you hit bad periods in your life but you need to address how your mind reacts to thing.
I have noticed rather than saying my neck is hurting, my back hurting, I have no money to pay a bills etc I am trying to change how I think by saying such things as.
“Well I am not in as much discomfort today things are improving”
Or
“Must remember not to lift that …… as starting to feel better now and I don’t want to undo all the good things I’ve done.”
“I’m Setting aside some money as we have paid the bills and I want to buy that ………. I saw in the shop next week” (if you get what I’m getting at)
Always act as if it’s already happened the energy we put out is what we receive back so turn your mindset positively and see the results or the difference it makes. Please let me know how you get on.

I’m grateful to have money in the bank
I’m grateful that we go on lovely holidays
I’m grateful that we have a lovely home.
